We are currently looking for a junior employment law associate with between 1 and 3 years’ experience. 

Function

You will assist clients with a broad range of employment and social security law issues, including a variety of individual and collective employment law matters, privacy of employees, restructurings and reorganisations, hiring and firing, international employment, social inspection audits, transactional employment work and employment law litigation. You will be offered the opportunity to work with partners of other law practices as well (e.g. commercial law and corporate M&A).

Profile

  • You have an excellent academic track record; 
  • Preferably, you have an additional Master degree from an English-speaking university; 
  • You have specialised in employment law at university or you have between 1 and 3 years’ experience in employment law at a reputable law firm or as an in-house counsel; 
  • Your mother tongue is French; 
  • You have strong analytical and writing skills; 
  • You have an excellent command of English and of the other national language; 
  • You are eager to invest in business development activities such as seminars, drafting of newsflashes and publications; 
  • You are entrepreneurial, a team player, eager to learn, able to work independently and professionally confident
