(Junior) Associate - Fund Structuring

Argo is looking for a junior or mid-level Associate (0-5 years’ experience) to strengthen its market-leading Fund Structuring department.

As a (Junior) Associate, you will be involved in every stage of an investment fund’s lifecycle. You will help clients structure and manage investment funds, guiding them through incorporation, capital raising, governance and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients, gaining real responsibility early on.

• A Master of Law graduate (or soon to be) with a strong academic record.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and a creative thinker.
• Experienced in corporate law (depending on your level), with an interest in investment funds. Prior fund structuring experience is not required.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Capable of conducting in-depth legal analysis and working independently.
• A team player with a down-to-earth mindset and strong communication skills.
