LIH is a public biomedical research organisation focused on precision health and invested in becoming a leading reference in Europe for the translation of scientific excellence into meaningful benefits for patients. It offers state-of-the-art facilities and an excellent training environment for early-stage researchers (doctoral training), in particular in Life Sciences and internships.
LIH is located in Luxembourg, a dynamic multicultural country at the heart of Europe with a strong Research and Development culture supported by important financial and organisational resources. The country’s linguistic landscape is very diverse. Besides its three official languages − Luxembourgish, German and French – English is spoken commonly throughout, creating a real multilingual environment.
We are looking for an energetic, motivated and dynamic LL.M student for an internship at the Data Protection Office (DPO) of the Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH). The Legal Intern will work closely with the DPO’s lawyer in data protection and under the supervision of LIH’s Data Protection Officer.
This represents an excellent opportunity for recent university graduates to gain significant work experience related to data protection in the field of biomedical research.
