Your journey with us

As a Legal Expert, you’ll:

  • Support in diverse ways: Provide practical, pragmatic advice to clients on agreements, types of collaborations, settlements, and other legal challenges in relation to customers, suppliers and partners - helping our clients protect, transition and grow their businesses.
  • Draft, review and negotiate critical documents: Work on agreements such as partnership contracts, service agreements, cooperation frameworks, distributor or agency agreements, settlements, and other essential legal documents.
  • Shape your focus area: Develop expertise in contract and commercial law, negotiation support, IP, consumer protection etc.
  • Collaborate closely with clients: Work side-by-side with the business owners of SMEs, family enterprises, and innovative businesses making a direct and tangible impact.
  • Work in a dynamic environment: Contribute to the success of multidisciplinary teams, partnering with tax specialists, accountants, strategic advisors, M&A experts, and IT consultants.
  • Engage with the market: Build relationships with business leaders, stakeholders, and other professionals thereby growing your network
  • Support business development initiatives: Research new regulations and trends, assist in marketing legal services, and contribute to workshops, seminars, and thought leadership articles.

Let's talk about you

  • You hold a Belgian master’s degree in law (an advanced master’s is a plus) and are ready to apply your expertise to practical and impactful client work.
  • You possess solid technical legal knowledge with at least 4 years of relevant experience as a lawyer, in-house legal counsel, or legal consultant.
  • You’re a fast learner and change agent, eager to adapt quickly and lead innovative approaches to solving complex legal challenges.
  • You thrive as a natural connector, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues across various industries.
  • You are hands-on and proactive, with a down-to-earth approach that turns challenges into opportunities.
  • You’re strategic and innovative, applying creative solutions and forward-thinking strategies to deliver real impact for clients.
  • You function exceptionally well in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with tax specialists, accountants, strategic advisors, M&A experts, IT consultants, and more to create seamless solutions.
  • You love intrapreneurship, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset to a corporate environment and driving innovation within your role.
  • You are communicative and assertive, thriving in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
  • You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and English (French is a plus), enabling you to effectively communicate in a multicultural and multilingual setting.
  • You actively contribute to business development, participating in researching new regulations and trends, assisting in marketing legal services, and engaging in networking, workshops, and seminars.
