As an associate in our team, you will be involved in a broad range of matters for a varied client base, with a particular focus on M&A, Capital Markets and PE/VC transactions. Your tasks will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating deal documentation, engaging with our clients and their counterparts, and managing matters from inception to closing.

We are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking lawyer with a strong interest in corporate law and M&A work!

Our new colleague:

• Has a native level of Dutch, with an excellent command of English and a good knowledge of French.
• Has two to three years of experience in Corporate law and M&A matters
• Has a Belgian law degree– additional education abroad and/or advanced master’s in Corporate/Business Law is a plus.
• Has good organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Has a hands-on mentality, is proactive and ready to take initiative.
• Is client-oriented and has a practical and commercial mindset.
• Is a team player while working independently.

Start date: as soon as possible

Location: Brussels, with the option to also work from our Antwerp office.
