Associates - Corporate M&A

We are looking for two mid-level Associates in Corporate M&A to join a prestigious Belgian law firm based in Brussels. The firm delivers exceptional services in mid-market M&A transactions, backed by a proven track record in advising on domestic and cross-border deals, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, as well as private equity investments.

• Dynamic team specializing in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborating with top-tier clients
• Opportunity to work in a prestigious renowned firm

• Draft, review, and negotiate M&A and PE/VC deal documents
• Engage with clients and counterparties throughout transactions
• Manage matters from inception to closure with precision

• Belgian Law degree and a Master in Corporate/Business Law is a real asset
• 2 – 6 years of experience in Corporate law
• French or Dutch native, English professional proficiency
• Proactive, team player, client-oriented, and commercial mindset
