As Legal Counsel, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the legal framework for our operations in Belgium. You’ll work closely with the Sales Team to review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, ensuring that our business operates under suitable, compliant, and internally approved agreements.
Draft, review, negotiate, and close a variety of commercial contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible terms for each of the business units we operate.
Become the trusted go-to person for all legal, contractual and compliance-related matters. You'll build a culture of compliance, keeping all stakeholders informed and educated on relevant laws, including GDPR, as well as company policies, and procedures. Stay ahead of legislative developments by closely monitoring the regulatory landscape, ensuring the business remains compliant with evolving legal standards.
Provide crucial support to internal teams in identifying and managing risks that may have financial, reputational, legal, or operational impacts on the business. You will also oversee any litigation that arises.
Assist internal clients by offering legal insights and guidance where they may lack the experience or bandwidth, all while empowering them to retain ownership of their responsibilities.
