Because of growing business and to reinforce our team, we are currently looking for a Officer Compliance to join our company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the Compliance Monitoring plan, conduct regular control assessments, and issue recommendations
  • Maintain relevant compliance registers, data trackers, and monitoring tools
  • Evaluate regulatory changes impacting contractual infrastructure, if applicable
  • Develop and update compliance policies and procedures according to local regulatory requirements
  • Assessing/observing the adequacy and effectiveness of policies and procedures, constant updating & addressing any deficiencies
  • Prepare compliance reports to the Conducting Officers and to the Board;
  • Audit follow-up and assistance;
  • Assistance in Regulatory reporting;
  • Preparation of Internal/external reporting;
  • Advise and monitor follow-up on specific compliance matters jointly with the Conducting Officer in charge of Legal and Compliance

Minimum profile requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in AIFM or similar;
  • Degree in Law, Finance or similar;
  • Acting as a team member with flexibility and a proactive “can-do” attitude;
  • Outstanding attention to details;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Client-oriented and problem solver;
  • Good knowledge of local AML laws and regulations would be considered an asset;
  • Good knowledge of standard computer tools (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Good organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and set priorities;
  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both written and oral, and any additional language (Italian, Spanish…) will be an asset.
