Your Responsibilities

As a Corporate support advisor, you will support our corporate lawyers by creating and maintaining essential documents related to their activities. 

  • You will be rafting essential corporate documents, such as legal documentation for annual accounts and other routine corporate matters. 
  • You will manage deadlines for various files, ensuring adherence to procedures for publications at the Commercial Register (BCE / KBO). 
  • Additionally, you will update the UBO Register in compliance with legal requirements and take charge of coordinating and cooperating on due diligence processes, including reviewing and compiling reports. 
  • Your efforts will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the corporate legal team. 

Your profile 

  • You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in law
  • Native English-speaker with good knowledge of Dutch or French 
  • Preferably you also have a good knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous experience in another law firm is desirable
  • You work accurately and you have a good sense of organization to meet every deadline You know how to work under tight deadlines and pressure
  • You are eager to learn, flexible and a real team player
  • You have direct client contact and you can deal with feedback.
