Your mission

Legal support for existing and conceptualisation of newly initiated fund-specific products and services (AIFs) as well as advice on corporate law issues
Coordination and updating of fund documentation and implementation of authorisation procedures, if necessary in coordination with external service providers
Coordinating the establishment and term management of direct and indirect subsidiaries of funds managed by Empira
Editing and updating fund documentation and carrying out authorisation procedures
Review of marketing and sales material
Drafting and/or reviewing circular resolutions, shareholders' meetings, articles of association or powers of attorney and issue documents
Contact person for supervisory authorities, auditors and legal advisors
Analysing and implementing regulatory or legal changes within the company
Drafting and reviewing contracts with third parties
Preparing and organising general meetings and shareholders' meetings

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in law or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in the fund industry, preferably in the real estate sector
Very good knowledge of Luxembourg AIF structures with regard to formation, liquidation or merger
Results-orientated personality with strong analytical skills
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
Independent, solution- and team-orientated way of working
Confident knowledge of written and spoken German and English
