Your journey with us

We are currently looking to hire an (Senior) Manager within our Global Employer Services team

  • You are responsible for a variety of clients and projects as well as dealing with ad hoc advisory queries, often providing expertise in a multidisciplinary environment
  • You are part of a client service team dedicated to delivering integrated, multidisciplinary advises with regards to legal issues in connection with HR
  • You plan and execute the projects in accordance with the clients specifications, the agreed contract, program schedule and Deloitte’s highest quality standards and client service mindset
  • You are the first point of contact for the client, the Deloitte network and the project team
  • Together with our client lead, you take ownership of all aspects of the client through the entire international social security and /or (inter)national employment law lifecycle, including procurement, contractual and commercial matters, client relationship, quality assurance, stakeholder management, etc.
  • You contribute to business development activities, planning and executing targeted actions and eminence program (facilitation of seminars, development of brochures, articles, roadshow, etc.)
  • You develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities

Let’s talk about you

  • You obtained your law degree, any additional qualifications or international experience (Manama/LLM/MBA) are a plus
  • You would like to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
  • You have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and have good organisation skills
  • You are a team player with leadership who engages others, project management and facilitation competencies
  • You communicate fluently in English and have a good knowledge of Dutch or French
  • You are client focused
  • You have relevant experience (minimum of 6 to 8 years) with mainly International social security and / or international employment related matters either as a consultant or as a lawyer.
  • You have an open, creative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and flexible mindset
  • You are willing to invest in a work environment full of opportunities
  • You are used to work in a challenging environment and are stress resistant
  • You like to have fun at work and work with great colleagues
