Profile:

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, a good command in French is a plus
You have gained experience in a legal department of a reputed financial institution or in a business law firm
You hold a Belgian law degree with enviable academic results
You have strong analytical skills and a creative mind
You enjoy taking initiatives and have a real interest in business life
You are an enthusiastic team-player, rigorous and attentive to accuracy

Main responsibilities:

Advise companies and national and international groups in several areas of banking & finance law
Cooperate with the various foreign CMS law firms and the different CMS Belgium departments, to experience the multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary approach of cases
Manage files, act with a satisfying degree of independence, under the supervision of a partner
Assist to client meetings
