Lydian is pleased to announce the appointment of Lore Derdeyn as the new head of its Public & Administrative Law practice. A valued member of the firm since 2013, Lore brings a wealth of experience in economic public law and construction law to the role.
Within Lydian’s full-service offering, Lore’s expertise focuses on government contracting, where she, together with her team, advises public authorities and private sector clients on the awarding and execution of public contracts, such as public procurement contracts, concessions and cooperation agreements. Furthermore, she provides strategic counsel on PPP/DBFM projects, guiding clients through both the negotiation and execution phases, and advises clients on administrative law and the organization of public services and undertakings.
Lore also represents clients before the Council of State and civil courts in matters of public procurement and economic public law.
Her expertise is recognized by leading legal directories such as Chambers, which rank her among the top lawyers in her field.
