Fieldfisher welcomes new partner and launches its Real Estate Practice Group

Fieldfisher expands its Brussels Office with the addition of France Englebert as new partner and the launch of a Real Estate Practice Group

Fieldfisher is delighted to announce that as of 1 June 2024, France Englebert has joined the firm as a partner in our Brussels office. France, formerly of Linklaters, brings a wealth of experience in real estate law and will head the newly established Real Estate Practice Group.

France is renowned for her extensive expertise in both real estate transactions and real estate litigation. She advises a wide range of clients, from major international corporations to local SMEs, on complex real estate transactional matters, including acquisitions, sales, rights in rem, construction / development projects and leases. France also regularly assists clients in real estate disputes (involving real estate acquisitions, sales, leases, easements, construction disputes, etc.). Her practice is highly regarded for providing strategic and practical advice, tailored to meet the specific needs of her clients.  

With over 20 years of experience, France has built a distinguished career and a strong reputation in the Belgian legal market. She is frequently sought after for her deep understanding of real estate law and her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. Besides her contribution to legal literature, France also frequently takes part in industry conferences and seminars.
