Le département Estate Planning est spécialisé dans l’organisation et la transmission du patrimoine privé et professionnel. Vous travaillerez sur des dossiers impliquant des planifications successorales nationales et internationales, impliquant la mise en œuvre de dispositions matrimoniales, testamentaires, sociétaires ou encore la réalisation de donations, dans une optique de structuration patrimoniale et d’optimisation de la transmission d’actifs. Une maîtrise approfondie tant du droit fiscal que du droit civil est essentielle pour traiter ces questions avec rigueur.
