Join one of the world’s most prestigious law firms and thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment. We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join our favorite partner. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with highly specialized lawyers on Belgian corporate law matters, in an exceptional setting that values collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct substantive legal work and research on corporate law matters, including analyzing legislation, case law, and business documents.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, memoranda, opinions, and publications.
  • Provide organizational support to case teams and assist with corporate transactions.
  • Monitor legal developments and contribute to internal knowledge management projects.

Your Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Belgian law.
  • Experience in corporate law or an international legal environment is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, with working proficiency in French.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
