The Stibbe Newsletter of 25 November 2014 informed you of the act (the "Postponement Act") through which the Belgian legislator postpones the entry into force of the new Belgian law rules on security interests in movable assets (the "2013 Act").
The Postponement Act has now been published in the Belgian Official Journal and is effective as from today (1 December 2014); the entry into force of the 2013 Act is postponed until 1 January 2017 at the latest.
