A&O Shearman has announced 4 counsel promotions as of May 1, 2024.

Lauren Rasking is a Counsel in the Litigation and Investigations team, specialising in commercial litigation, international arbitration and antitrust litigation.

Bart De Bock is also a Counsel in the Litigation and Investigations team, specialising in corporate litigation (with highlight on shareholder activism), restructuring & insolvency and insurance litigation.

Jeff Hermans is a Counsel in the Real Estate practice focusing on transactions, complex investment structuring and financings.

Mark Taylor is a Counsel in the Antitrust team, specialising in antitrust investigations, digital platform regulations and complex behavioural issues.
