DSM is delighted to announce the strengthening of its team with the arrival of five new people:
Ms. Jeanne-Marie DANTOING as Associate – Avocat in the Commercial and Business Law as well as the Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions departments. Prior to joining DSM Avocats à la Cour, Jeanne-Marie worked as M&A Associate in Luxembourg law firm as well as Corporate Officer for an independent service provider. She holds a Master 2 in international business law from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas and a double undergraduate degree in French and German law from the French-German Legal Center. Jeanne-Marie speaks French, German and English.
Ms. Agnès DUCLOUX as Associate – Avocat in the Dispute Resolution department. Prior to joining the firm, Agnès worked as a jurist in a Luxembourg law firm and for a fiduciary as Senior Relationship Manager Legal & Corporate. She holds a Master 2 in business law from the University of Franche-Comté, a Master’s in banking and wealth management from the Burgundy School of Business and a Master’s in management from the Universitas Gadjah Mada. She speaks French and English.
Ms. Pascaline KENNEDY as Executive and Corporate Assistant. Ms. KENNEDY was previously a legal assistant and secretary in two Luxembourg law firms as well as an English professor. She speaks French and English.
Ms. Justine HENRY as Corporate Assistant. Ms. HENRY was previously HR Consultant and Marketing Officer with a fiduciary and a payroll management service provider. She holds a Master’s in communication, journalism and public relations from the Université libre de Bruxelles. She speaks French, English and Italian.
Mr. Paul KHALADJZADEH as interning jurist in our Digital department. Mr. KHALADJZADEH is a student in the University of Luxembourg’s space law, communication and media LL.M program. He also holds a Master 1 and 2 in business law, innovation rights and industrial agreements (IDAI) with honors from the University of Montpellier, having received the Licensing Executives Society France award as well as an undergraduate degree in private law from the University of Poitiers. Paul speaks French and English.
