Junior Associate M&A / Corporate

As a lawyer within our M&A / Corporate team, you will assist clients particularly in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, management incentives, corporate restructurings, and general corporate law.

• Master’s degree in Law.
• Experience or a strong interest in M&A and corporate law.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
