(Junior) Associate – PPP & Infrastructure

To reinforce our team in Brussels, we are looking for a (Junior) Associate with expertise or a keen interest in PPP & Infrastructure.

As a (Junior) Associate within the PPP & Infrastructure department, you will provide expert legal advice, draft contracts and handle litigation on matters related to PPP projects, infrastructure developments, construction contracting and other complex public-private agreements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Advising on PPP and infrastructure projects, as well as construction related contracts.
• Drafting complex public-private agreements.
• Representing clients before courts in disputes concerning these contracts.
• Assisting in business negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across various legal domains to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Our clients include key players across various sectors, including government agencies, (international) construction companies, developers, architects, engineering firms, financiers, investors, consultants and other construction partners.

• You hold a Belgian law degree with strong academic credentials.
• You have experience in, or a strong interest in, contract drafting, preferably in construction- related contracts.
• Experience with PPP & infrastructure projects is a plus.
• You are eager to deepen your expertise and grow in a dynamic legal environment.
• You are fluent in Dutch, with French and/or English as working languages.
• You are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
