- You have at least 5 years’ experience in a leading law firm
- You are a highly skilled lawyer delivering top quality work
- You preferably have a valuable portable business or the potential to develop one
- You are a true entrepreneur, pragmatic and client-oriented, with a commercial mindset
- You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and have a good knowledge of English
- You like to be treated as an adult, without excessive interference or supervision
- A fully revenue-based remuneration
- The possibility to advise clients under the most effective conditions (75-90% of what is billed goes to the lawyers)
