Your Missions and Responsibilities:

Advise clients on a range of employment law matters, including recruitment, worker representation, and global restructuring.
Support corporate transactions, outsourcing projects, and due diligence processes with precision.
Handle employment disputes in tribunals and appellate courts with a focus on exceptional outcomes.
Provide strategic advice on labor safety, social security, and the protection of business interests.

The Perfect Profile:

Belgian Master's degree in law ;
1 to 4 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in employment law.
Native in one of the national languages with a strong command of the other(s) and excellent English skills.
A team player with the ability to thrive in an international environment.
