For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg we are currently looking for Intellectual Property Paralegal reporting to IP Portfolio Manager.
In this role, you will support the Intellectual Property Portfolio Manager in overseeing the management of the Ferrero Group’s trademarks and domain names portfolios, as well as those of related companies. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including document legalization, budget tracking, IP formalities, and maintaining a physical archive for essential documents like Trademark Certificates and Coexistence Agreements. You’ll also manage tables, process invoices, and maintain access to IP tools.
You will regularly interact with IP Area Managers, the IP Innovation and Excellence Manager, and the Existing Brands IP Manager. Collaboration with Local IP teams, Area/Brand Marketing Departments, Tax Department, outside counsel worldwide and others will also be an essential part of your responsibilities.

You hold a Bachelor Degree preferably in related fields. You have at least two years of experience in Intellectual Property, either in-house or with an IP (Intellectual Property) firm, where you worked as a paralegal handling IP rights administration. You are skilled in using SAP ARIBA, Microsoft Office, and primary IP management tools; familiarity with AQX (Anaqua) is advantageous.
Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Italian and/or French considered a plus. You bring flexibility, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities to the role, allowing you to navigate diverse tasks and interactions smoothly.
