Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Legal Manager (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Willebroek (Antwerp).

Our client

Our client is an international company active in the Waste-to-Energy sector, with projects in more than 25 countries.

Function

As Legal Manager (m/f/x) you will :

Manage the daily operations of the Legal Department ;
Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of legal documents and contracts, amongst which EPC contracts;
Take part in the development, implementation and execution of project and contract strategies;
Oversee and spearhead all litigation cases, coordinating with external experts when needed;
Monitor the Corporate and Insurance obligations of the company;
Monitor and defend the Intellectual Property rights of the company
Develop new tools and processes for an efficient contract management;
Manage the Legal budget with the Executive Director approval;
Coach team leaders and managers on legal matters.

Profile

The required profile for the Legal Manager (m/f/x) position:

A Master's degree of law + a minimum of 5 years' experience;
Experience in EPC contracts;
Expertise in contract law and strategy;
Native in French or in Dutch with a strong level in the other language + fluent in English;
Demonstrated leadership and budget management skills;
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities;
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail;
Experience in an international environment is a plus;
Experience in training and developing people's expertise is a plus.
