Senior Associate - Tax

CMS is looking for a senior associate to strengthen its Tax law team in Brussels. 

• You are French/Dutch speaker and fluent in English 
• You have gained at least 7 years’ experience in a tax department of a business law firm or similar relevant experience 
• You hold a Belgian law degree in law and tax law 
• You have a strong analytical skill, a creative mind and a real interest in business life 
• You like taking initiatives 
• Accuracy and rigor are two of your qualities 
• Managerial skills are an asset 
• You are a team-player 

• Work on both Belgian and international matters 
• Advise individuals, companies and national and international groups in several areas of tax law 
• Cooperate with the various foreign CMS law firms and the different CMS Belgium departments, to experience the multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary approach of cases 
• Manage files from start to finish, act with a satisfying degree of independence, under the supervision of a tax partner
