Our Real Estate and Regulatory  department consists of 31 lawyers and 3 Management Assistants. The department is divided into different teams covering matters on Real Estate, Energy, Environment and Planning. 

Within this department, you are part of a secretariat which consists of 3 MA’s.

Your responsibilities

As a Management Assistant, you support our lawyers administratively. The range of tasks is varied and includes:

  • Preparation and follow-up of the invoicing procedure.
  • Follow-up on lawyers' legal obligations (such as bar obligations).
  • Organisation of meetings, both internal as external, and travel management.
  • Ensuring that all documents look pristine with impeccable layout.
  • Calendar management for our lawyers.

Your profile

As a Management Assistant, you have a previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar position. Experience in a law firm is considered a plus.

Moreover, you are a fluent communicator: you have an outstanding level of Dutch and can work in English and French, both written and spoken. You are fluent with the common MS Office tools.
