Join us as Associate Legal Counsel

What you will be doing

Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation.
The role is based within our offices in Luxembourg - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will be part of the Legal Team.  We may be compact but our efficiency knows no bounds: we are a 6 people team helping Satispay to achieve extraordinary results!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Corporate Governance:
  • Advise on corporate governance matters, including board & AGM meetings, resolutions, corporate secretary matters, and compliance with corporate bylaws and governance policies.
  • Draft, review, and update corporate policies and procedures (e.g. Stock Options Plan).

Transactional Law:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements.
  • Provide legal support for financing transactions, joint ventures, partnerships, and other strategic alliances.

Legal Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests and minimize legal exposure.

What we need

You have:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an international/Italian top-tier law firm and admission to the bar.
  • Overall 5+ years of experience in an international/Italian top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel.
  • Skills in managing complex corporate matters as well as drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Ability to apply great judgment and common sense.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Logistic & salary

The role is based in Luxembourg with a hybrid work policy. Business trips to Milan may occur.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
