Your mission

Management of your own portfolio of SPV companies in the areas of credit, private equitq and securitization
Ongoing day-to-day legal support for your client portfolio from incorporation to liquidation
Ensuring an in-depth knowledge of your client files and of company secretarial operations
Preparing and leading board and shareholders´ meetings
Liaising closely with notaries and international law firms
Staying informed about legal and regulatory developments in Luxembourg
Participate in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6)
Ensuring updates and correctness of registers
Ensuring services are delivered with quality, accuracy and in a timely manner

Your profile

You hold an university degree in Law
You have at least 4 years of relevant experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar role
You have a sound knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
You have the ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to our clients
You always take a solution oriented approach to resolving problems
You have the capacity and affinity to work in an international and teamwork-orientated environment
You are fluent in English, written and spoken, Spanish and/or French will be an asset
