To strengthen our team, we are recruiting a Legal and Compliance Officer

The position includes the following tasks:

Ensuring the company's compliance function (KYC, on-boarding), supporting other compliance tasks (AML, GDPR) and monitoring due diligence procedures.
Support the implementation of internal compliance policies and corporate governance
Maintain, archive, and update corporate documents (agreements, minutes of AGM and BOD meetings, shareholder register, GDPR, corporate policies).
Participate in ad hoc legal projects
Liaise directly with third parties (bankers, accountants, notaries, government departments & service providers).
Performing company secretarial activities.
