To strengthen the Brussels Corporate/M&A team we are looking for Junior/Senior Associates in Corporate/M&A, French or Dutch native.

Responsibilities

Complex Corporate Transactions
Complex Corporate Contracts
Mainly advisory & transactional work

Must have

Belgian Master in Law
1 to 10 years' experience in Corporate/M&A, as Lawyer, Consultant or in-house Legal Counsel
Dutch or French native, English Fluent
High standards of performance
Excellent communication skills
Sound business acumen, solution focused and deal oriented
Ability to work well both in a team and individually

Nice to have

French or Dutch knowledge
