Function

Argo is looking for a passionate mid-level associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Corporate team.

As a Corporate/M&A Associate, the selected candidate will join an ambitious corporate team, working closely with multiple partners and associates. The role involves handling high-level M&A transactions in both Belgian and cross-border contexts, with significant client exposure and a high degree of autonomy.

Profile

  • Master Degree in Law with an outstanding academic track record, foreign LLM degree is a plus.
  • Analytic mind, creative thinker and eye for detail.
  • Relevant experience in the field of Corporate/M&A, gained in a reputable law firm.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Capable of in-depth analyses and autonomous work.
  • Down-to-earth mindset, team player, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ambitious with a desire to grow in a professional environment, refining skills to provide top-notch solutions for their clients.
