Higher filing charges for enterprises

As from the 1st January 2011 all enterprises have to pay higher costs for filing their annual accounts with the National Bank of Belgium. These new filing charges are as follows and were made public in the Belgian Official Gazette of 3 December 2010:

1. Full balance sheet format :

-  EUR 259,50 if filed in the form of a structured data file;
-  EUR 308,00 if filed as a PDF file;
-  EUR 313,40 by post in paper form.

2. Short form balance sheet :

-   EUR 59,30 if filed in the form of a structured data file;
-   EUR 107,70 if filed as a PDF file;
-   EUR 113,10 by post in paper form.

These amounts are all ex VAT.
