On 4 March 2014 a Royal Decree that further implements the Act of 21 December 2013 relating to the financing of small and medium-sized undertakings (the Act on SME financing) was published in the Belgian State Gazette.
The Royal Decree (1) determines the entry into force as of 1 March 2014 of the articles 5, 6, 7, 8 and 11 of the Act on SME financing and (2) endorses the Code of Conduct provided for in article 10 of the Act on SME financing.
