Tim has extensive experience as strategic advisor in complex restructuring matters, including transfers of undertaking, collective dismissals and insolvency procedures. Clients value his pragmatic, results-driven approach. This makes him a trusted business partner for navigating employment law challenges across multiple jurisdictions.
Dennis Lievens, a key member of our Banking & Finance team, has built a strong reputation for advising contractors, infrastructure investors, developers and financial institutions on the development and financing aspects of Belgian and international energy & infrastructure PPP projects. His strategic insights and technical knowledge have been essential in guiding stakeholders through risk allocation and bankability challenges.
