• Develop and execute a local Knowledge strategy in alignment with global objectives.
• Support lawyers in implementing AI, legal tech, and innovative solutions to enhance client service.
• Ensure the creation, maintenance, and accessibility of high-quality Knowledge resources, including templates and precedents.
• Provide training and guidance to lawyers on Knowledge systems and resources.
• Act as the main point of contact for Knowledge inquiries, building strong relationships across the team.

• Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university, with strong knowledge of Belgian legal resources.
• 3 to 7 years of experience, ideally as a lawyer transitioning to a management role or Professional support lawyer or Legal Counsel
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to shape a strategic role in a growing function.
