Join our growing team at Gen II Fund Services! We're looking for ambitious individuals new to corporate governance, including those with up to one year of experience, to join our journey as Corporate Officers. This role involves managing corporate administration processes, assisting in organizing board and general meetings, and ensuring compliance with our commercial legal framework. Ideal for candidates with a Bachelor of Laws degree who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team. Specific Responsibilities:

  • Draft minutes, agreements, and resolutions.
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative and legal formalities for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Assist in organizing board and general meetings, preparing documents such as minutes, proxies, and convening notices.
  • Help coordinate signatures of transaction documents within deadlines, ensuring proper record-keeping.
  • Support the corporate administration team with the corporate management of a portfolio of companies.
  • Ensure supporting documentation is received and filed as per internal procedures.
  • Assist with filings and obtain extracts with the RBE and RCS.
  • Provide information requested by internal teams or clients promptly.
  • Carry out other administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor of Laws degree.
  • Basic knowledge of Luxembourg corporate laws and structures is considered an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, contributing to team spirit.
  • Strong organizational skills and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication); other languages are an asset.
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook would be an advantage.

Education and Experience:

  • No previous work experience required.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the field of corporate administration.
  • Result-oriented with a sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering quality work.
