Your role

Are you a motivated self-starter? Do you want to learn more about investment fund business and regulations?

We’re looking for a motivated and dedicated trainee who can assist the team in:

  • coordinating service provider relationships and internal cooperation needs
  • ensuring and maintaining archive of legal documents
  • liaising with internal and external stakeholders in terms of legal documentation requests
  • supporting internal audit requests and coordinate with Funds' and Companies' external auditors
  • working on a project in relation to the development of a tool tailor-made for business needs

The Domiciliation Team of Credit Suisse Fund Services (Luxembourg) S.A. is providing administrative and corporate support to multiple Fund and Company structures.

We are a small team in a fast-paced environment, we value independent thinking and a precise/accurate and organized way of working.
This internship will take place in the legal entity Credit Suisse Fund Services (Luxembourg) S.A.

Your expertise

We are seeking a trainee who is able to demonstrate the following:

  • student status and an Internship agreement from university/school for the whole traineeship duration
  • availability for a minimum of 6 months, preferably up to one year
  • ability to work independently within framework of objectives
  • strong analytical approach and organizational skills
  • sound and proficient knowledge of English (German a strong asset, any other language is welcome)
  • self- motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, comfortable in a fast paced work
    environment
  • very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • good knowledge of MS Office applications
