We are currently looking for an Associate Lawyer Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution with relevant experience to join our Zaventem office.

• You will be part of the Commercial & Dispute Resolution team, where you will assist in a broad range of projects. 
• You will be actively involved in various types of litigation and commercial disputes, requiring you to effectively go to court and plead cases. 
• You will furthermore assist in advising on commercial matters, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, etc.) 
• You will closely work together with other members of the team.

You obtained your law degree and additional qualifications or international experience (Manama/LLM/MBA) are great assets.

• You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience or more and are keen to further develop on the realm of litigation and dispute resolution.
• Your verbal and written communication is professional, thoughtful and effective – you master French, Dutch and English fluently (preferably bi- lingual French-Dutch as you are required to plead cases in French).
• You bring a unique contribution to the team – knowledge of insolvency/white collar crime is also an asset.
• You approach complex legal questions with an innovative mindset.
• You embrace technology and are keen to explore how disruptive trends will shape the future of the legal profession.
• You are naturally curious about the socio-economic developments that keep your clients up at night.
• You are a promising talent with a sense of humor, a team player spirit and strong communication skills.
