What your future may hold

As a Paralegal at Wolf Oil, you will play a key role in supporting the Legal & Compliance team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal and administrative tasks, while gaining hands-on experience in a rapidly evolving department.

Your main responsibilities will include:  

  • Conducting legal research on relevant laws, regulations and legal articles and providing initial contract assessments and first-line legal advice;
  • Drafting, reviewing, managing and storing legal documents (contracts, NDA’s, payment guarantees, UBO statements etc.), handle notarizations, and manage claims, including sending notices of default and compiling dossiers for insurers;
  • Assisting in contract management and overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring timely preparation, negotiation, signing, and storage;
  • Supporting the implementation of compliance policies, such as GDPR and AML;
  • Providing administrative support to the legal team and preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Working on projects like contract digitization and creating, updating and monitoring templates.

Your skillset

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law or Legal Studies and at least 2 years of relevant experience in a paralegal or similar role;
  • Fluency in English is essential, paired with an excellent proficiency in Dutch or French;
  • You have an eye for detail and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, enabling you to multitask and manage priorities;
  • You are a go-getter with a curious, driven mindset, eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic fast-paced environment;
  • You have a transparent and open communication style, appreciating direct feedback and being able to challenge others when necessary;
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Discretion and maturity when handling confidential information.
