LIME is a Brussels-based law firm specialized in corporate, corporate IT and financial law. Our practice notably covers national and multinational M&A transactions, venture capital and private equity, corporate reorganizations (mergers, demergers, etc.), structuring of regulated or private investment funds and vehicles, corporate IT and ESG matters, and, of course, all general corporate and financial law matters, including contentious aspects.

Our team currently consists of ten members. Our practice is growing, and we are eager to grow it further with new talents in the team. 

• You have a Master Degree in Law which you obtained with superior academic grades.
• You have 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate and finance law, acquired in reputable law firm(s). 
• You speak French and English, with a good command of Dutch. 
• You possess and demonstrate many, if not all, of the following attributes: 
  • You have strong legal and organizational skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal processes and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on a variety of corporate and finance law related matters for clients with sophisticated needs. 
  • You strive for excellence and have a sharp legal mind. You like and enjoy both analytical thinking and practical challenges. You naturally go the extra mile. 
  • You have a creative and curious spirit, in legal matters but also as a permanent state of mind. 
  • You are confident yet humble. You give and take credit when it is due, and you take responsibility for misses. If you do not know something, you are not afraid to say so, and then you figure it out quickly.
