What your future may hold

As an Associate IP/IT & Data, you will have the opportunity to advise high profile Belgian and international entities in national and international cases, whether it is advisory, litigation or transactional work (in support of the firm other practices).

You will be part of a team that is passionate about new technologies, copyright, industrial property rights trade secrets, data and unfair competition. You will support clients operating in a large variety of sectors such as media, consumer goods and mobility.

Your skillset

  • You have 2 years or more of relevant experience in IP, IT and data related files.
  • You hold a Belgian Master’s in Law with good university grades and/or an additional LL.M. in IP.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English is essential, paired with good proficiency in French.
  • You are passionate about the legal aspects regarding innovation and creation.
  • With an entrepreneurial mind-set, you want to go the extra mile.
  • You are a flexible, driven and motivated team-player who can also work autonomously.
  • You are enthusiastic and eager to take on challenges, with a commitment to delivering high- quality services.
  • You have a proactive, client-oriented and solution driven approach.
