We assist all types of companies, from large privately owned enterprises to multinationals, with their business transformation, M&A projects, (international) corporate tax and transfer pricing queries, grant and incentive applications, and so much more.
As a business tax professional, you can be involved in a wide range of projects, ranging from transactional work, such as real estate transactions or M&A deals, to long-term strategic engagements, including business restructurings to help clients set up a tax and operating model in line with their business strategy. You can also tackle everything in-between, from ad-hoc advisory work, preparing rulings, assisting during tax audits, and looking for ways to fund our clients’ businesses through subsidies and/or tax incentives.
