Your function

As the Legal Counsel for Shell in Belgium and Luxemburg, your role encompasses various legal tasks, including contract drafting, litigation management, and regulatory advice. You will mainly be responsible for:

Providing expert legal advice to Downstream businesses in Belux, guiding strategic decisions and enhancing operational efficiency.
Potentially be involved in regional projects and new business development initiatives with a scope wider than Belux.
Driving improvements and efficiencies in ways of working.
Facilitating knowledge sharing and training sessions.
Ensuring Ethics & Compliance are embedded in business practices.
Managing corporate matters and real estate projects.

Your profile

Fully qualified Belgian law-trained lawyer
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
Promotes continuous improvement.
Adaptable and able to prioritize tasks.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Strong risk and reputational management abilities.
