What will you do?

The Manager of Regulatory Services will have the unique opportunity to not only be an active and value adding member of our esteemed funds services team in Luxembourg but also be a part of our prestigious global risk and compliance community. 

This role will allow you to work closely with our funds' line of business on various AML/CFT compliance and regulatory matters, contributing significantly to our office's growth and your personal and professional development.

Main responsibilities are:

  • Take on RC (responsable du contrôle du respect des obligations) mandates for investment funds client portfolio;
  • Advise our funds' line of business on various AML/CFT compliance matters;
  • Develop processes for Trustmoore regulatory services;
  • Manage other MLRO services projects across our different jurisdictions.

How do you fit in the team?

As a Regulatory Services Manager, you will manage ad-hoc activities next to your daily work. In this position, you need to prioritize what is important, have a hands-on and independent work mentality and be able to deal with stress. A helicopter view is required, you are proactive, know what you are capable of, possess good communication skills and are not afraid of asking questions.

Other relevant qualifications for this profile:

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in (corporate/company law, criminology);
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the fund industry, ideally as a compliance officer;
  • Knowledge of regulatory and AML/CFT compliance of investment funds structures in Luxembourg is a must;
  • Good understanding of risk management;
  • Affinity with integrity, culture and governance requirements;
  • Ability to work on multiple issues, change priorities, and organize workload;
  • problem-solving attitude;
  • Fluent in English (both orally and in writing); French, German and other languages are a plus;
  • Self motivated and able to work independently and as a part of a team.
