This is a permanent, full-time Senior Legal Officer role at Circumference FS Luxembourg located in Luxembourg, with flexibility for remote work (in principle max 2d pw). As a Senior Legal Officer, you will be responsible for the management of your own portfolio, consisting of securitisation companies, non-regulated funds and soparfi's. Your duties include contract review, preparing and reviewing other legal documents, incorporation and liquidation of entities, compliance tasks in respect of onboarding and maintaining proper KYC, handling of all legal and operational events of your client entities, client contact and contact with third parties (law firms, banks, agents, notaries, tax office), providing limited legal advice and guidance to Circumference FS itself, if so needed.
