About the Role:

Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is looking for a motivated intern for a six-month internship experience starting from September 2024. In this role, you will join the Legal department and support the Industrial & Supply, Open Innovation and IT Competence Centre teams in their daily responsibilities and ongoing projects.

Main Responsibilities:

Covering this role, you will provide basic project management support to develop key projects, in particular coordinating and preparing meeting agendas, presentation materials and research in connection with key legal activities including GenAI legal developments, legal operations and contract simplification.

Additionally, you will support the Legal Centre of Competence in project analysis, synthesis and presentation preparation.

You will provide general legal support to the Legal Centre of Competence, assisting with early contract review and approving simple contracts for the business.

Lastly, one of your misisons will be to prepare reports and analysis of legal topics and developments to provide presentations to the Law department and its stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring knowledge from a degree in Law or related fields.

You will excel in this position thanks to your excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with your flexible, proactive approach and eagerness to learn.

Your strong motivation to work in a dynamic and international environment and interest in Legal Technology will also be valuable.

Lastly, you possess technical skills in core MS suite applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
